{"id":1682,"date":"2017-10-17T15:36:11","date_gmt":"2017-10-17T15:36:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/igestek.com\/?p=1682"},"modified":"2017-10-17T15:36:11","modified_gmt":"2017-10-17T15:36:11","slug":"aplicacion-proceso-igestek-suspension","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/igestek.com\/es\/aplicacion-proceso-igestek-suspension\/","title":{"rendered":"APLICACI\u00d3N DEL PROCESO ESM DE IGESTEK A UN COMPONENTE DE SUSPENSI\u00d3N"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Como ya anunciamos en una <a href=\"http:\/\/igestek.com\/estructuras-sandwich-multimaterial\/\">entrada<\/a> anterior, <strong>iGestek ha desarrollado un nuevo proceso<\/strong> de transformaci\u00f3n de materiales termopl\u00e1sticos compuestos para obtener <strong>Estructuras S\u00e1ndwich 3D<\/strong> con tiempo de ciclo inferior a 1 minuto (One Shot), en la que no hay intervenci\u00f3n del hombre. Es decir, un proceso totalmente automatizado, que permite la hibridaci\u00f3n con otros materiales.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nActualmente iGestek est\u00e1 implantando con \u00e9xito esta nueva tecnolog\u00eda de proceso a diferentes componentes estructurales de autom\u00f3vil para funciones de carrocer\u00eda, chasis o suspensi\u00f3n, entre otros. Estos proyectos se est\u00e1n realizando en <strong>Codesarrollo con Tier1<\/strong>, as\u00ed como con <strong>Centros de Estudio<\/strong> de Constructores de Autom\u00f3vil (<strong>OEMs<\/strong>) como el Grupo VW, PSA.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nEl <strong>Componente<\/strong> que se muestra en las im\u00e1genes de la galer\u00eda es un caso concreto de aplicaci\u00f3n de este nuevo proceso a la Funci\u00f3n <strong>Suspensi\u00f3n <\/strong>de Autom\u00f3vil. Dicho componente se basa en una <strong>Estructura S\u00e1ndwich 3D Sobremoldeada (One Shot).<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nDurante la Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de este nuevo proceso nos hemos apoyado en las diferentes herramientas de trabajo de la Familia <strong>Autodesk<\/strong> (CAD\/CAE), permitiendo optimizar el desarrollo y determinar la campana de proceso.
