Como se anunciaba en una <u>entrada anterior<\/u><strong>, <\/strong>este proyecto est\u00e1 centrado en la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos productos de automoci\u00f3n BiW con nuevos materiales y uniones disimilares, as\u00ed como nuevos procesos productivos.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho proyecto ha sido apoyado por el <strong>Gobierno Vasco<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s del Programa de Ayudas de Apoyo a la I+D Empresarial \u2013 <strong>Hazitek<\/strong>, y cofinanciado por la Uni\u00f3n Europea a trav\u00e9s del Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (<strong>FEDER<\/strong>). Se trata de un proyecto en <strong>colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong> dotado con un presupuesto de 4,7M\u20ac y con una duraci\u00f3n de tres a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto ULTRALI responde a los Objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos establecidos por los fabricantes de automoci\u00f3n, que demandan <strong>componentes m\u00e1s ligeros<\/strong>, lo que implica la reducci\u00f3n de peso y el uso de materiales m\u00e1s ligeros, como aluminio y composites. Los beneficios son muy variados y est\u00e1n ampliamente aceptados en el \u00e1mbito social: menores costes de combustible, rendimiento mejorado del veh\u00edculo y de su manejo, as\u00ed como la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones CO2.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, ofrecer soluciones que respondan a estas demandas con componentes de calidad y precios competitivos, ha representado un desaf\u00edo importante para el Consorcio ULTRALI, como es el desarrollo de <strong>tecnolog\u00edas de fabricaci\u00f3n y uni\u00f3n multimaterial<\/strong> combinadas con una nueva metodolog\u00eda de simulaci\u00f3n y validaci\u00f3n de procesos, plasmado en casos de uso representativos, que incluye un s\u00f3lido sistema de monitoreo y evaluaci\u00f3n.
