proceso de hibridaci\u00f3n de Nanomateriales con Materiales Compuestos mediante Press Molding, con el fin de obtener un demostrador de BiW funcional, inteligente y dotado de un sistema de calentamiento electrot\u00e9rmico capaz de integrar un sistema de airbag exterior .<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La novedad del producto es la obtenci\u00f3n de un\u00a0 sistema de cap\u00f3, de composite termopl\u00e1stico con una funci\u00f3n extra como es la integraci\u00f3n de un sistema calefactable \u00a0ubicado dentro del cap\u00f3\u00a0 que rodea la posici\u00f3n del airbag (zona de falla del panel) para garantizar que esta \u00e1rea siempre se caliente por encima de una temperatura m\u00ednima aceptada, asegurando as\u00ed caracter\u00edsticas de ruptura id\u00e9nticas.<\/p>\n<h3>Concepto de cap\u00f3 propuesto por IGESTEK<\/h3>\n<p>En el prototipo del cap\u00f3 , los <em>paneles de carrocer\u00eda exterior de autom\u00f3viles, se han fabricado con material compuesto termopl\u00e1stico reciclable mediante un m\u00e9todo de moldeo a presi\u00f3n, <\/em>formado a partir de dos l\u00e1minas de composite termopl\u00e1stico (Polipropileno reforzado con fibra de vidrio) a las que se les intercala una l\u00e1mina de nanotubos de carbono (*buckypaper)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4560 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/igestek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/igestek-filamento-1.jpg\" alt=\"igestek\" width=\"2045\" height=\"426\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Un Buckypaper (BP) consiste en una l\u00e1mina fina, ligera y flexible, compuesta 100% por Nanotubos de Carbono (CNTs) que est\u00e1n interconectados y colocados al
