Se centra fundamentalmente en los procesos productivos de curado y consolidaci\u00f3n en prensa, para piezas tanto estructurales como est\u00e9ticas.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, Tecnalia dispone una tecnolog\u00eda de fabricaci\u00f3n de \u00a0nanomateriales llamados <strong>Buckypapers<\/strong> (100% nanotubos de carbono). Este tipo de materiales tiene un gran potencial de aplicaci\u00f3n en la industria, ya que es<strong> flexible, resistente , ligero y ALTAMENTE CONDUCTIVO <\/strong>por lo que iGestek se ha hecho eco de ello y pretende aportar una soluci\u00f3n concreta al mercado con este material tan sorprendente.<\/p>\n<p><em style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter validar este proceso de integraci\u00f3n de Nanomateriales con materiales compuestos mediante un demostrador:<\/p>\n<p>-En este caso ser\u00e1 de BiW (Body in White) \u00a0funcionalizado, inteligente y dotado de un sistema de calentamiento electrot\u00e9rmico capaz de integrar un sistema de <strong>airbag externo<\/strong>, desarrollo de un elemento <strong>externo<\/strong> de seguridad para material compuesto termopl\u00e1stico reciclable mediante un m\u00e9todo de moldeo a presi\u00f3n, <\/em>formado a partir de dos l\u00e1minas de composite termopl\u00e1stico (Polipropileno reforzado con fibra de vidrio) a las que se les intercala una l\u00e1mina de nanotubos de carbono (*buckypaper)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>iGestek ha integrado estos 3 elementos mediante moldeo por Prensa adecuada (en cualquier condici\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica y climatol\u00f3gica, especialmente en climas fr\u00edos) y ofrecer de esta manera, una \u00f3ptima y controlada ruptura de panel en caso de colisi\u00f3n cuando se active el airbag exterior.<\/p>\n<p>El *buckypaper estar\u00eda alimentado por la bater\u00eda del autom\u00f3vil y se gestionar\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de la ECU .
