En este sentido, el Agente de la RVCTI <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tecnalia.com\/\">TECNALIA<\/a>, dispone una tecnolog\u00eda de fabricaci\u00f3n de \u00a0nanomateriales llamados <strong>Buckypapers <\/strong>(nanotubos de carbono). Este tipo de materiales tiene un gran potencial de aplicaci\u00f3n en la industria, debido a sus excelentes propiedades t\u00e9rmicas y mec\u00e1nicas, por lo que iGestek se ha hecho eco de ello.<\/p>\n<p>Un Buckypaper (BP) consiste en una l\u00e1mina fina, ligera y flexible, compuesta 100% por Nanotubos de Carbono (CNTs) que est\u00e1n interconectados y colocados al azar.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4560\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4560\" style=\"width: 2045px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4560 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/igestek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/igestek-filamento-1.jpg\" alt=\"igestek\" width=\"2045\" height=\"426\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4560\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Izq.: Buckypaper de Nanotubos de Carbono. Dcha.: Imagen SEM de la microestructura del Buckypaper<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Debido a sus propiedades, el BP puede utilizarse como elemento calefactor en un sistema de calentamiento resistivo, ya que es capaz de calentarse uniformemente (en un corto periodo de tiempo) al aplicarle una corriente el\u00e9ctrica, adem\u00e1s de resistir altas temperaturas. Esto, unido a su ligereza (espesores en el rango de 30-90 micras, con gramajes de 30-60gsm), hace del BP un material muy atractivo para su uso en el sector transporte.<\/p>\n<p>Sabiendo de las m\u00faltiples ventajas que este material ofrece y de su amplio campo de aplicaci\u00f3n, IGESTEK<strong> ha desarrollado un proceso de hibridaci\u00f3n de Nanomateriales (Buckypapers) con Materiales Compuestos Termopl\u00e1sticos mediante Press Molding, con el fin de obtener un demostrador de BiW funcionalizado, en concreto, un cap\u00f3 de un coche. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El proceso de hibridaci\u00f3n desarrollado consiste en intercalar un Buckypaper (film de nanotubos de carbono) entre dos l\u00e1minas de composite termopl\u00e1stico (Polipropileno reforzado con fibra de vidrio).
