We go beyond primary manufacturing processes. We integrate complementary operations such as additive manufacturing, surface preparation, painting, post-curing and final assembly to deliver components or subassemblies at the level of completion required by each application. This integrated approach provides greater control over quality and lead times, enabling us to supply finished solutions, ready to install when required.
3D Printing
We combine different additive manufacturing technologies for the production of functional components and small series. Additive manufacturing enables complex geometries, structural optimization and lattice structures, combining design freedom with lightweighting and efficient material use. Its flexibility makes 3D printing an effective manufacturing solution for low-volume applications, from initial product validation to repeatable small-series production.
Surface preparation
Our surface preparation capabilities include sanding, polishing, edge sealing and surface conditioning of components manufactured in different materials.
These operations enable us to achieve the required surface condition and finish, while preparing components for subsequent processes such as painting, coating or bonding. Integrated into our manufacturing workflow, surface preparation ensures controlled and consistent surfaces throughout the finishing process.
Painting
We offer painting and surface finishing solutions for components manufactured from a variety of materials. Following the appropriate surface preparation, primer and coating systems are applied according to the specific performance and aesthetic requirements of each application, ensuring consistent quality and durable surface protection. Integrated into our manufacturing process, painting enables us to deliver fully finished components ready for assembly or end use.
Post-cure
Our post-cure capabilities provide controlled thermal processing following painting, bonding or other manufacturing operations when required by the material or process. Defined temperature cycles and controlled heating and cooling conditions ensure the required curing and stabilization of the component. Integrated into our manufacturing workflow, post-curing enables us to control the finishing process through to a component ready for assembly or delivery.
Assembly
Assembly operations complement component manufacturing to deliver complete and integrated subassemblies. We apply different joining technologies according to the materials, design and application requirements, enabling the integration of different components, interfaces and functional elements. This level of integration allows us to deliver finished subassemblies ready to install, reducing downstream operations for our customers and providing a complete manufacturing solution.
