PRODUCT & PROCESS

Engineering
We develop engineering solutions based on technical polymer technologies for the aerospace and mobility sectors. By combining materials, manufacturing processes, tooling and product engineering, we define efficient manufacturing solutions adapted to the requirements of each application and ready for industrialization.

Simulation
Simulation supports the development and industrialization of injection and compression molding applications. Our capabilities include material behavior, filling, cooling, warpage and process analysis, as well as thermal analysis of tooling, enabling the optimization of component manufacturability, tool design, cycle time and processing conditions. Simulation helps identify potential manufacturing issues early and define robust processes for production.

Research and Development
We develop innovative manufacturing systems for the industrial production of components. Through continuous participation in R&D projects and initiatives, we contribute to the development of new materials, tooling and manufacturing processes, strengthening our position in the technologies that will shape the future of industry.
Bucky papers & Composites
Integration of buckypapers into thermoplastic composites through press molding. Buckypapers are flexible films of carbon nanotubes (CNT) that enable electrical conductivity and heating functions to be integrated directly into lightweight composite structures.

Braided Thermoplastic Composites
Development of braided thermoplastic composite structures combining continuous fiber reinforcement with thermoplastic matrices. This material architecture enables complex geometries while combining structural performance, lightweighting and the processing advantages of thermoplastic composites.

Natural Fiber Composites
Development of press-molded natural fiber composites combining polypropylene (PP) with kenaf fiber reinforcement. The technology includes overmolding and the integration of functional features, combining lightweight structures with more sustainable material solutions.

Circular Economy - Composites Recycling
Development of recycling routes for thermoset composite scrap through mechanical shredding and material reprocessing. Recycled material is transformed into new 3D components, giving composite waste a second life in non-structural applications or components where the distinctive forged composite appearance can provide additional aesthetic value.
