Our in-house machining expertise supports the delivery of comprehensive and flexible manufacturing solutions. Machining can be used both as a direct manufacturing technology and as an integrated operation on components produced through other processes, providing the geometry, interfaces and dimensional accuracy required for the final application while improving control over quality and lead times.
Metal Machining
Our metal machining capabilities enable the direct manufacturing of precision components with complex geometries and demanding dimensional requirements. CNC machining also enables us to manufacture metallic parts, inserts and interfaces designed to be integrated with polymer and composite components, combining different materials and manufacturing technologies within a complete solution.
Composite machining
Our composite machining capabilities cover both direct component manufacturing from composite plates and laminates, and secondary machining operations on previously manufactured components. CNC machining, trimming and drilling enable us to produce final geometries, edges, holes and interfaces with controlled dimensional accuracy, either as a stand-alone manufacturing process or integrated with our composite manufacturing and overmolding technologies.
