QUALITY FOR HIGH-RATE MANUFACTURING
Our quality approach is built around the requirements of high-rate manufacturing, where consistent production cannot rely on final inspection alone. Process control and component inspection work together to ensure that quality is generated and verified throughout manufacturing, supporting repeatable production as volumes and production rates increase.
Inspection
Our inspection capabilities enable dimensional and geometrical verification of manufactured components according to the requirements of each application. Depending on the material and process, we incorporate specific inspection techniques, including Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for composite structures and the evaluation of manufacturing defects. When required, these capabilities are complemented by advanced inspection and material characterization methods.
Process control
Our process control approach is designed for high-rate manufacturing, where repeatability requires continuous monitoring and control of the manufacturing process. Through sensorization and digital process monitoring, 100% of the process parameters are captured throughout each production cycle and linked to the individual component. This provides full process traceability for every manufactured part, enabling its process history to be recorded and verified against the defined process window.
