IGESTEK develops a specific decorative process of overmolding thermoplastic composite sheets reinforced with fiberglass, from the German manufacturer Bond Laminates(TEPEX® dynalite 201-C200/45% y TEPEX ® 102-RG600/45%).
 
Within the research project of Decoter (Supported by NETs program from the Basque Country Government)an injection process for structural components (composite insert + ribs) with A Class exterior finishes in plastic has been developed. The plastic finished parts obtained meet the appearance requirements, quality and technical specifications required from OEMs for this type of automotive components.
